Auer Tasks
A simple task manager designed to be fast
The simplest task manager I could possibly build that focuses on speed, and on staying out of the way until you need it.
macOS
This new version was further simplified from the one before it. On macOS Auer Tasks allows you to:
- Add tasks by writing them on the "New task" edit box and pressing "Return" or the "+ button"
- Remove a task by Command+Clicking on it and selecting "Delete Task"
- Set the tasks to complete by clicking on it
- Edit a task by by Command+Clicking on it and selecting "Edit Task"
- Mark a task for today by Command+Clicking on it and selecting "Mark Task For Today"
- Sort the tasks by dragging them
- Delete all tasks or just the ones completed

If you are looking for the older version that loosely follows the Eisenhower Matrix method, enabling you to focus on the urgent and the important. Select the task you want to work on today, and filter it to make it pop, check below.

Disclaimer: if you chose to download and run Auer Tasks, which, is provided “as is”, you accept the risks. I am not responsible for any loss of data, crash of the system, or whatever problem running this application may bring.
iOS
Version 2.0 has been uploaded and it's now simpler and cleaner. iCloud support has been removed. It will come back in version 2.1 along with a widget to display the top 2 items to be done today.
